Award Winning Jewellery Design

Designer Ilze Oberholzer of Cape Peninsula University of Technology created this award winning gold bangle manufactured by Ida-Marie Dubber and Carena Janse van Rensburg of the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. A sweeping curve of gold pierced into organic shapes which create a web of gold veins. The veins translate into a bangle which forms the HIV/AIDS sign symbolizing the fight against the disease.
