Fab Mama!

Designer Marianne Fassler is one of MIMI's favorites and definitely one of the biggest South African designers on the scene, if not the biggest (she designed Leleti Khumalo's dress for the Oscar's the year that Yesterday was nominated as well as Terry Pheto's Oscar dress the year that Tsotsi was nominated). Marianne Fassler's Johannesburg Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2007 collection included some beautifully designed dresses for the fashionable mama and daughter duo, and earned her a standing ovation fitting for an icon!
