Nayo's Desert Storm

Nayo has released the second single, Desert Storm, off her upcoming full length album. The beautiful single includes remixes (for dance music fans) by Eric Smax and Thomas Gold as well as Superbass - Paul Harris of Dirty Vegas and Julian Peake. Held at the prestigious Palais des Festivals, Cannes, between the 21st and 25th April 2008, the Sony World Photography Awards proudly gives tribute to photographers around the globe in all categories. From landscape to music, photojournalism to fashion, the Sony World Photography Awards showcases the world's best images taken by the most renowned photographers as well as the yet undiscovered. Here are the images by African photographers under consideration on the shortlist:
