Gorgeous cover, reminds me a bit of the Ebony magazine cover she did last year (http://www.amazon.com/Ebony-Magazine-Sade-Lets-April/dp/B003D1OXK6). But what's up with doing something with Jay-Z ... I thought Sade didn't do duets. A little annoying that they're changing the "formula" that has worked so well for them by doing something so mainstream.
